The Time Paradox (Artemis Fowl, Book 6) Review
User Submitted The Time Paradox (Artemis Fowl, Book 6) ReviewsSeptember 4, 2008 Another Great Book in the Artemis Series If you have read the previous Artemis books, this one holds up perfectly. I'd recommend this series to anyone at any age, and this book doesn't disappoint. September 1, 2008 Artemis continues to excel! The latest book in the Artemis Fowl series continues to shine. The latest installment does an excellent job of bringing its reader into the Artemis Fowl world while stretching our imagination with its time paradox theme. September 1, 2008 The time paradox. It's a reasonable book, but for those familiar with the series it will feel like it covers the same areas as previous books; ironic bearing in mind the title. I have to say the biggest let down is that it isn't narrated by Nathaniel Parker and is poorer because of this. If you've already got the rest of the books then it's worth getting, if not, get one of the others instead. August 31, 2008 Dreadful audio rendition For the audio version: UGH! What a misguided decision to change narrators. If Nathaniel Parker wasn't at liberty to do book #6, the publishers should have waited until he was. I was willing to give this a chance and it started out all right. Artemis and his dad are Irish, accents were Irish. Then we get to Butler, and this narrator makes him a Cockney. The Butlers have been with the Fowls for centuries. They are not educated in London and returned to the family at some later date. They are Irish. I couldn't listen to it past that point. I am so glad I didn't buy this installment (I would have without question if Nathaniel Parker had done the narration) but got it from the library. Save your money and don't waste your time. August 31, 2008 Another triumph! I purchased this for my grand-daughter who has always been a big fan of Artemis Fowl. Needless to say, she devoured the book in a day and is waiting anxiously for the next installment. August 31, 2008 really liked it left me wanting more artemis fowl. It was exciting and it also made you think about what was going on. My son collects all Artemis Fowl books and he wrote this review. August 30, 2008 It was great It was rally good. There is no disapointment in this book towards the series. You get the action, the romance, and all the other things you get in a good book. ( Which this is) August 30, 2008 Artemis' last...... I love all the Artemis books. the idea is very original they should make a movie. i will, will, will!!!!! read the other series. August 30, 2008 Great Book The End? I Hope Not Once again, Eoin Colfer, has blew my mind with stupendous writing and clever twists. I found this book one of my favorite all time books. I own every Artemis Fowl book, and will continue to collect them if we are lucky enough for him to write another truly good book. August 29, 2008 Out of This World This book is incredible. Beats every other book in the series by far. Adds a lot to the romance between Artemis and Holly while maintaining and action theme. Amazing twist in the middle of the novel that makes you think Anthony Horowitz is a genius. For more The Time Paradox (Artemis Fowl, Book 6) reviews click here.
