User Submitted Everything Kids' Cookbook: From Mac ' N Cheese to Double Chocolate Chip Cookies-All You Need to Have Some Finger Lickin' Fun (Everything Kids Series) ReviewsNovember 1, 2008 Excellent! I bought this for my 11 year old daughter's birthday. She loves it! It is easy for her to read and many receipes she can do by herself. Highly recommend for all young cooks out there! October 12, 2008 a grandparent review What a wonderful book for kids, and the food is good too! Our 13 year old Granddaughter loves the book and it has sparked an interest in cooking. Another plus to remember is that the parents/grandparents are going to be the lab rats for the outcome! And believe it or not, so far, the food has been great. September 25, 2008 !!! I only gave this four stars because I only have tried the mac & cheese, (which was very good!) I think it will be a very nice cookbook to have around. And I didnt use the dry mustard and it still came out great! August 25, 2008 Excellent product I am using this book to coincide with our homeschooling classes. This is for our Cooking Course. It is an excellent book with instructions to suit my children's grades of 4th, 3rd, and 1st. Highly recommended. March 3, 2008 A very kid-friendly cookbook! We have had this cookbook for about a year and have used it quite a bit when planning weekly menus. The recipes don't have too many ingredients and they are very kid-friendly. My son is 9 years-old and he loves to make the double chocolate chip cookies. We like everything we have cooked from this book, and it is good when you are trying to increase the number of items a fussy eater will consider eating. It incorporates just enough spices or ingredients to "broaden horizons." Even though this cookbook doesn't have pictures of the finished item, we gave it the highest rating for usefulness! March 1, 2008 Good information, but graphics could use improvement The information and recipes found in this book are great. The only downside is, without nice colorful pictures, it is hard to gain the attention of a younger audience. My daughter didn't care for it due to the lack of photographs. There were illustrations, but when we're talking about food, you really need photographs. January 16, 2008 great gift nice layout, could have used better quality paper and more color print, but all in all a good series of books, great for older kids. January 14, 2008 great "First" cookbook I purchased this cookbook for our 8 year old grandson. He really loves it, and is quite proud of the meals he has made so far! The recipes are appropriate for his age and the results are very tasty. Nice variety of recipes and easy to read. The book would have been even better if it were spiral bound. I'm sure he will always treasure his very own first cookbook! January 7, 2008 Wonderful Book This is a wonderful cookbook full of fun recipes. I bought this for my son in Kindergarten, the only problem is there are no pictures. But he loves it anyway and is learning to read alot faster now since he wants to be able to read his cook book by himself. I love that the recipes very in difficulty (it tells you at the top of the page easy, medium or hard) and there is a good variety of foods (everything from fish to scrambled eggs to corn chowder). January 3, 2008 Everything Kids' Cookbook Easy to read, simple recipes - good for any child, or lazy adult like myself.
