Eclipse Special Edition ( The Twilight Saga)
I enjoyed this book very much. Although like a few other books, there are a couple parts that dragged, the book flowed very smoothly, and created a great mental picture. It kept my attention, and kept me yearning for more, until the very last page. I can't wait for the next book to be out, because although it didn't leave you hanging.... it left you right at the edge, still wanting more. Even if you aren't the type for vampires, I would still recommend this book, I think it has a little bit for all types of readers.

Eclipse (The Twilight Saga, Nook 3)
Great book! Once you start reading, it's hard to put it down. Can't wait to read book 4!

I ultimately enjoyed this one but....
I'm just sick and tired of how weak and inept Bella is. I guess I just don't like her. She's whiney and selfish. And I too just love the Jake character and can't believe she's fallen for the manipulative control freak. I'd rather have a character who stands up for herself and controls her own destiny without having to be the stereotypical 'damsel in distress' who always has to be 'saved' from evil. Get a backbone and save yourself for crying out loud.

Eclipse Special Edition (Twlight Saga)
Eclipse is the most exciting book out of the Twlight Saga. I've re-read the last 200 pages over and over and still can't get enough! Most romantic love triangle ever!!

A guilty pleasure
I am too old to be reading these books really. I won't tell you that the writing in these novels is especially challenging to read, or has a ring of poetry or genius. The characters presented in these books are about as three dimensional as most high school students. So why do I like these books? Perhaps it is because Bella reminds me of myself when I was 14 years old. She is so irrationally in love, selfish, and immature, even though she almost always tries to do what she feels is the right thing. The stories are not complex, but they are quick, action packed, and each chapter ends in a cliffhanger of sorts. In addition, the books often had me laughing and/or worrying about the characters.

Excellent
I really loved Eclipse. It was full of drama and tension. Critical decisions that were made on a whim in earlier books are actually thought through in Eclipse. Bella makes really tough, life-altering choices. I sympathized with her where most people criticized her. It was not easy to be in her position and I know a little of what that is like. So I found it realistic and essential to her growing up and doing the right thing for the right reasons. I felt like she really matured and got a handle on her emotions...although it wasn't easy. We forget that she is young and facing life and death on a daily basis. I am extremely exited for Breaking Dawn and hopeful there will be a happy ending.

page turner
This is another great book from Meyer. I discovered this series and I am SO glad I did. I checked out Twilight from the library and as soon as I finished it I promptly bought the whole set online. This book will keep you turning until you finish and then leave you wanting for more!

My teen daughter loved this.
I don't know much about it myself, but my 14 yr old daughter loved it. And she is dying to have the next one! For a girl who doesn't like to read so much, I'm thrilled!

Wonderful
Another one I couldn't put down. I can't wait for the 4th book to come out!
