Thomas the Tank Engine's Hidden Surprises (Let's Go Lift-and-Peek) Review
User Submitted Thomas the Tank Engine's Hidden Surprises (Let's Go Lift-and-Peek) ReviewsAugust 31, 2008 Great book Anything that has a train in it is a favorite to my older son. He loves this book. July 29, 2008 fun Thomas book This is a great fun Thomas book for those younger Thomas fans. Big thick pages. July 21, 2008 A Thomas favorite My son is 2 and loves Thomas, so I picked this up for him- he loves it!! The story is a little short, but my son loves all the flaps. Most lift-the-flap books we own only have one flap on each page. This one has several, and he gets excited every single time he lifts one to reveal what hides beneath. The book is sturdy: board book material with glossy pages that can be wiped off. The flaps are thin, though and can be easily torn by overzealous toddlers. It's good Thomas fun and if my son is happy, so am I! April 8, 2008 One Excited Little Boy I bought this book for my boyfriend's son. He loves Thomas the Train and thinks this lift-and-peek book is the best thing since sliced bread. He wants it read to him every night. March 2, 2008 Fun, but only so much My little one loves Thomas (who doesn't?) so we decided to give this a shot. It's ok. THere isn't much of a story, and he really likes Thomas stories. Pop up books are fun till the kids rip them apart. So a good chocie for die hard Thomas fans, but not really all that exciting overall. January 7, 2008 Thomas the tank book My son loves the lift and peek part of this book. There is not much to read in the book though which was dissapointed. August 20, 2007 Hooked Our Grandson on Books! This is our 10 month old grandson's first Thomas book and his favorite. The book is just the right size for his fingers to open up the book and the flaps. No concern for storyline as he spends most of the time opening the flaps. Good introduction to books for sitting and crawling babies. One word can describe the hidden object. Will buy more of this type of book for him as well as the touch and feel books. March 13, 2006 It's okay My son loved it, of course, as he loves anything Thomas but it's a little boring. We have a full-sized lift-the-flaps book about Thomas which has many trains and lines up perfectly with the pictures under the flaps. That's not the case with this book. The story is short and the pictures in this book just aren't very interesting. February 24, 2006 Bad Flaps Great little book except the pictures under the flaps are totally off. This makes it frustrating for little ones to know what they are looking at. Usually Thomas the tank engine stuff is much better quality. August 18, 2005 entertaining book My son is a year and a half, and loves Thomas and his friends. Ive bought him several books, but he always brings this one out again and again. He loves to lift the flaps and see the little pictures hiding beneath. For more Thomas the Tank Engine's Hidden Surprises (Let's Go Lift-and-Peek) reviews click here.
