The Prince and the Potty Review
User Submitted The Prince and the Potty ReviewsJune 30, 2007 There's Better Out There Even though this book was cute to read I found it dragged, bland and boring. If you want a book that is for child of `potty training' age that is combine with `house breaking' the new puppy then might I suggest, "The Piddle and Piles Series: NOT IN THE HOUSE!" by Peyton Wolfe. It is absolutely awesome!!! The illustrations are fantastic, but the story just blows you away. (Especially for a children's book.) She combines the two together with story, illustrations and song. My two kids loved it! When I started to go through the potty training with my first child my husband and I thought it would be a great idea to get a puppy so that they could grow up together. We have tried my books, but should have bought this one only and saved a ton of money of not buying the rest. It is entertaining and helps our kids become a part of the training process of our family dog. The book help them understand that through pictures, song and story that they have responsibilities to take care of themselves, but to also take care of your pet. So, to everybody - I wouldn't really buy this book, but if I was you - I WOULD BUY THE OTHER >>>>> "The Piddle and Piles Series: NOT IN THE HOUSE!" by Peyton Wolfe. It really helped me and my husband through it. January 9, 2007 The Prince and the Potty Excellent book for toilet training, great story, beautiful illustrations.
