This book is great for the 3 and under age group who have a fascination with robots. April 20, 2007 snowy rollie Snowee Rolly by William Joyce is a really good>It capturs kids munds It takes you to a different place and time.This book is about Olly and whan he wishes to snow it does and he makes a snow men and when the sun comes out all the snow started to melt.And rolly has to find a way to save him so they go of to the ice land to ask them if they could help them with his friend and that becomes his friendds new home.This is was a very good book and i would recomand this book for 2 or 3 graders. February 12, 2007 RoliePolie Olie cannot disappoint RoliePolieOlie is loved by everyone---adults & children. I don't know if it's the story, the colors, the quality of the books---it's a favorite. I had to even buy the DVD, and toys for interactive play. It's a hit especially now as our children will be exposed to space travel in their future. Great introduction for the toddler and preschooler. January 10, 2007 This is a favorite in our house. Our 22 month old has us read this book to him every night. He calls out, "polie! polie!" and knows all the character's names. Even if you don't watch the show (our son has never seen it) this is a book that is so adorable, you won't mind reading it to your kids. The art is so cool, and the poetry is fun to read aloud. December 20, 2006 I love Rolie Polie Olie I think I love this book more than my 2 year old daughter. I keep it in my office so she won't tear it up, as she has done the others. I actually bought the book for her at about 18 months old. We liked the colors and pictures. I enjoyed the story. I look forward to reading that book to her. I hate that they took the show off. I guess they didn't have enough viewers. Oh, I'm reviewing a book. Yeah, get the book, it's great. Neither you, or your little one will be disappointed. November 15, 2006 Mommy, can you read this AGAIN? Best way to review this book? My soon-to-be-2 year old wants this read at least 4 times a night. They rhyming, the silliness, and the Rumba Dance drive him to giggles every time. Between this and "Snowie Ollie" we've got a Rollie-monster on our hands!
