I will be purchasing more Sylvia Browne books! She is so down to earth and makes sense of what is happening in our lives and in our world. Great book, wonderful service from Amazon ~ as usual! July 29, 2008 A Great Read Thanks to Sylvia Browne's straight foward writting style your able to understant what goes on in the mind of a psychic child. It was very informative but the only drawback was that it contained excerpts of letters that were written to her asking if their children were normal. Although the letters were warrented they became a bit of a distraction. On the other hand she gave a great deal of insight on ways to help encourage your childs gift. So in short it was at the very least thought provoking. March 3, 2008 If you've read her previous books, save your money I love Sylvia Browne and all of her books, but she has to stop being redundant. I'm just not willing to spend the money any longer on books that pretty much say the same thing in all of them. If you've read her previous books, save your time and your money. I was expecting a lot of new information. There were a few paragraphs and thoughts not expressed before, but the vast majority of the book was a reviewing of statements and thoughts already written in her previous works. I wrote to her organization with this concern and never received a response. Borrow it from a library instead. March 2, 2008 Book Cover was Dirty and Torn The cover of the book was received dirty and sligthly torn. It was a gift so I did not have time to exchange it. I made a cover for the book at home. February 18, 2008 Good subject matter I enjoyed this book and it was easy to follow. It was practical and logical and contains many letters from common people and their first hand experiences according to each of the subjects Sylvia writes of. I found it to be a positive, grounded and relatable book to read on an uncommon and unusual subject. December 22, 2007 Psychic Children I thought this book was poorly written. Supposedly this is about pyschic children. She talks about some children seeing demons or evil spirits, but says "Never ever believe, or perpetuate the belief to your child, that spirits or ghosts can or would harm them. They can't and won't attack them or assault them or perform lewd acts on them or violate them in any way. If your child thinks such a thing happed, I guarantee you with my hand to God that what they really experienced was either a nightmare or some form of the astal catalepsy..." she also says "And this is true for adults as well, by the way. It simply never happens. Period." I find that very frightening to say the least. If you are in tune with yourself, you know when you are around evil. Ms. Browne is very deceived indeed because she claims there are no evil spirits or a devil. I have read many of her books. I think she is sincere in what she says some of the time, because she says she gets her information from a spirit named Francine. However either Francine either doesn't know what is really going on, or she is a deceiving spirit. Read the story about the missing child Shawn Hornbeck that she said was dead and he turned up alive in 2007. How do you think the parents of Shawn felt when she told them he was dead? Sylvia charges $700.00 a session and has said that when she is home sometimes she does 20 sessions a day. She is raking in millions a year from gullible people with worthless predictions for them. I would recommend you not waste your time or money on this book. December 1, 2007 Beyond Excellence! Sylvia Browne is by far the most wonderful asset to our human culture. Through all her books she has been able to reach the masses with clarity, wisdom and honesty. She offers guidance that comes through her. My personal experiences as a "dream shaman" (medium) have presented the same messages and spiritual understanding. I have absolutely no reason to doubt the messages that come through her. This book and "The Other Side" are two of the most important books for humanity and a must read! October 18, 2007 Excellent This is a captivating book! I have had several psychic happinings myself. It is fascinating to really listen to children, instead of "listening over" what they say. You miss some really great things. Today it seems we are always too busy to really listen and learn. What a waste to miss some beautiful truths and jewels of wisdom. Thanks Sylvia for another great book! September 9, 2007 Psychic Children by Sylvia Browne I just could not put this one down. I wanted to keep reading and learning with each page. Sylvia doesn't let you down in this book either. A must read, highly recommended. September 2, 2007 Sylvia Browne Psychic Children While reading Psychic Children, I enjoyed the personal stories mothers wrote about their 3 year old children.
