In my opinion the best time to listen to this is while at work when your stuck behind a computer all day. It really helps to pass the day quite nicely. Now my only complaint which is minor. Too many cd's. I wish there was a better way to have a compact version of this and there probably is and I just don't know about it. So again it's a minor complaint.
