My daughter has loved to have these books read to her since she was just over 1 year old. She now "reads" them to herself. She loves the rhymes and the animal sounds. Sandra Boynton is a favorite author in my home. August 5, 2008 Great Toddler Book Big Box of Boynton: Barnyard Dance! Pajama Time! Oh My Oh My Oh Dinosaurs!This was a sensational success for my grand-daughter's first birthday. Fun books, heavy cardboard so as not to be destroyed by enthusastic reading. July 24, 2008 So cute! These books are so cute! The Barnyard Dance has a really fun rhythm just like square dancing, and the DInosaurs one is about opposites. They are so cute. My 12 month old isn't super into the pictures, but I know it won't be long and he'll love the rhythmic sound of the story. the Barnyard Dance is a big hit among a few of my friend's kids. July 10, 2008 Not one of Boyton's best My son did not show any interest in these books. Books are ok not very creative and rhyming as the "The going to bed book". July 1, 2008 BABIES LOVE BOYNTON! Sandra Boynton's books are so much fun to read aloud to babies and toddlers! My children adored all of Boynton's books and I had a blast reading them each and every time. Pajama Time is our #1 all-time favorite read aloud. We actually created a dance to go along with the book! These books make wonderful books for baby's first time library. These books beg to be read aloud and enjoyed together. Go ahead...bathe your baby with the rhythmic, dancing language in these books. You will be providing your baby with the ultimate listening experience and laying the critical foundation for early literacy learning. June 27, 2008 Love Boynton's Books! I bought the Big Box of Boynton for my expected grandchild. I've been a children's librarian for twenty years and work with babies and their caregivers regularly. Boynton's board books are on my must have list and now that we get to be grandparents we are working on a library. This is really fun! We broke out the books for our little friend who visits regularly and he is enjoying being read to! June 8, 2008 Big Box of Boynton and Boynton's Greatest Hits My 18mth yr old granddaughter and 2.5yr old grandson are delighted with these new books. Reading along with them is like 'Rock 'n Read' - the only thing missing is the music to sing along to these delightful rhyming stories. The children just love to look at the books alone and express their delight and interest. May 16, 2008 Boynton's Best This is a great set of books! Sandra Boynton is great at writing books with rhythm and rhyme. Pajama Time is one of my all-time favorite Boynton books. These books are great for very little babies up to 3 or 4 year-olds. These are three wonderful books to add to any collection! April 10, 2008 Not my favorite Boynton... We enjoy many of Sandra Boynton's books and the only one that we really love from this set is Oh My Oh My Oh Diansours! The others are okay, but not as good as many of her others. April 2, 2008 Perfect for bedtime I love these books because they are funny, teach rhyme and are the perfect length for a bedtime story. All my children are 4 and under so they have a great time reading this and it is perfect for their attention span. My husband and I enjoy them to because we both like to be silly.
