This book is beautifully made with many pop ups that show you America's beauty along with the lyrics to the song. We gave this book to a friend's son and he kept reading it over and over and over! January 19, 2008 Any Sabuda pop up book I bought several pop up books by Sabuda. His incredible paper engineering has inspired and intrigued me for years. My joy is sharing these magical books with my 7th graders. I rarely allow them to touch, but they still are amazed. Those who come in at lunch or after school spend forever studying them and trying to make their own versions. These books are delicate and not for young children, but there is not an engineer or an adult art lover who won't love owning them. The use of white exclusively for all the pop-ups makes everything seem fresh, new, and precious. A marvel of engineering! Perfect for any table top not to mention a great conversation piece. August 17, 2007 A Beauty of a Book I now own every pop-up book created by Robert Sabuda. He is an artist extraordinnaire! Can't say enough about Sabuda's pop-up books. Everyone I have shown them to is purchasing one. I am buying my grandchildren one for each birthday until they have them all. February 7, 2007 Great POP UP books I love the pop-ups by Mr. Sabuda. This is one of his best. The kids wear it out. January 18, 2007 Beautiful book - Sabuda is a genius. This was purchased for a gift for my 5-year old niece (the dinosaur one for my nephew). The pop-ups are incredible and kids and adults love them. I've shared other books of his with them, and they liked them a lot. So, now they can start a collection of their own. If you haven't seen Sabuda's work, I recommend it.
